This picture is known as "The Madonna of Bachelor's Grove"
This photo was taken during an investigation of Bachelor's Grove cemetery across the street from Rubio Woods Forest Preserve, near the suburb of Midlothian, Illinois.. just south of Chicago. The Ghost Research Society (GRS)took the photo on August 10, 1991, several members of of the GRS were at the cemetery. Bachelor's is listed as one of the most active and haunted cemeteries in the U.S.. Reports of glowing lights, screams, babies crying and children laughing are all to common. GRS member Mari Huff took the photo using black and white film with a high-speed infrared camera in the area the group had come across an anomoly with there equipment. The only people present were the GRS members. When Mari developed the photos it was a shock. A very sad looking woman sitting on a headstone. Parts of her body are transparent and the dress could be a burial shrode. A fantasitc photo both called an elabrate fake and others claim this is the real deal...This second photo tells Midwest Haunts the Lady of Bachelors Grove is very real!
Jason Sullivan took this picture in 2004 on a warm summer day in June at Bachelors Grove cemetery. Over one hundred photo's of the grove were taken that day...nothing appeared out of the normal. The Lady of Bachelors Grove appeared over by the Dora Newman headstone. This was an area the MWH crew had had minor EMF readings earlier that morning. The anomaly wasn’t noticed when the picture was taken. No one was in the cemetery except the four-crew members of MWH. On that same note… Only a month later Jason went back, taking his boss on a tour of the Grove. After seeing the picture people wanted to see, touch, and experience the Grove. MWH has made over 100 trips out to the Grove. The video of that day surprised and shocked them all...she appeared again.
