This picture is known as the “Backseat Ghost”. A Mrs. Mabel Chinnery was visiting the grave of her mother on a beautiful day in 1959. She had brought along her camera to take photographs of the gravesite. After snapping a few shots of her mother's gravestone, she took this photo of her husband, who was waiting alone in the car. At least he thought he was alone. When they finally saw the picture they could hardly believe their eyes...and whose eyes were looking back at them! Mrs. Chinnery believes that the person in the picture is her mother, it was her grave they went to visit that day. A photographic expert from 1959 who examined the print determined that the image of the person in the picture was neither a reflection nor a double exposure. He was quoted as saying "I'd stake my reputation on the fact that the picture is genuine,” The picture is impressive and goes to show you...You never know when a ghost will appear and you don't have to be a paranormal expert to take such a spectacular picture.
