The name of this picture is "Ghost Hand" This picture was found by a dude in Arizona cleaning out junk for US Government. He came across this picture taken in 1999. If you look at the picture you can see a transparent image of a hand in front on the TV. The TV is off, the room is poorly lit, but the flash looks like it wasn't used. It could have been lens flare, but there appears to be no direct sunshine in the picture. The picture is interesting considering the new interest in EVP and ITC which uses today's technologies such as TV's and computers. Does the picture show us proof of the paranormal?
